2. For “Captain” promotions to O-6 Captain/Colonel AND for Region 3 Unassigned members you may know from Crewman Recruit on up to Captain/Colonel, submit them by MARCH 5 using the Region’s promotions form found at:

3. Your chapter should have their own promotions procedures up to O-5 Commander/Lt. Colonel, but if you want promotion certificates made by Region 3, please send the request from the Chapter’s CO to Region 3 Chief of Computer Operations Aaron Murphy at compops@region3.org with all the specifics, and do so by MARCH 5 to allow her enough time to mail them to the Region before Summit. Please also email your RC at rc@region3.org so she knows to expect them and the promotion can be placed on the Agenda at Summit.

MSR’s are due on the first of the month. If not in by the 5th, they are “late.” After the 10th, they are considered “failure to report” and may not be entered into the system unless approval by the MSR person and your RC.
