MSR’s are due on the first of the month. If not in by the 5th, they are “late.” After the 10th, they are considered “failure to report” and may not be entered into the system unless approval by the MSR person and your RC.

For Flag Promotions, which are being promoted to O-7 Fleet Captain/Brigadier and above up to Fleet Admiral—DUE DATE FEBRUARY 13, please see the SFI website at: http://promotions.sfi.org. Also, please review the Flag Promotion Criteria and all that is required on the form BEFORE you begin to fill it out. Note: Time in grade is not enough to get a Flag Promotion, and Fleet wishes to have an entire history from their last promotion to current.
